Biography: |
Since childhood I have been fascinated by observing the world and translating it, motivated by my mother I drew from an early age, but it was in adulthood that I knew the oil.
Through painting, I am critical of the banalization of the human body and the apparent will of the objects that surround us. Examples of this problem are the worker's function as a gear of the productive apparatus until the sexual or sacred reification of the female body. In my paintings everything interacts horizontally between bodies and objects. Consequently, I do not paint portraits, but rather footprints. I do not observe bodies, but rather still lifes. |
