TRAINING
Diploma in Teaching of Primary Education in the Faculty of Humanities and Education of Huesca. Studies in Animation and Illustration in the Superior School of Professional Drawing of Madrid. WORK EXPERIENCE 1997-98 Illustrator in the Professional Drawing Studio of Alcalá de Henares. Realization of animation for television series of cartoons. From 1998 to the present, she works as a professional illustrator in freelance. Realization of multiple advertising campaigns. Story-Boards, color illustrations, catalogs and final arts mainly. In 1999 begins in turn, a project of children's stories in which participates as a writer and illustrator. Since 2010 is dedicated to illustration and painting. He combines illustration works with painting. Realization of several exhibitions. A perspective look ”(El Casar-Guagalajara) My creative process is a search, which is born from my own tendency and maximum desire for balance and harmony in myself, in my life, in my environment and in the world. This form is translated in my works as imaginary spaces, internal landscapes that become unreal planes, natural or urban environments, places created through composition, texture, shape and color. Simply, trying to create a visual language that seeks the harmony of space, or suggesting those natural and urban areas mentioned. And in any case, always hand in hand with the poetic and the musical. Studying the possibilities of a new artistic creation, instead of discarding material, and more specifically the material of paper so appreciated by me, describes a large part of my work. Starting from mixed papers is a constant in my work and of great importance in my compositions. Paper used for color, shape or composition tests; leftover paper from my illustration work, discarded engraving tests, photocopies, magazine or newspaper paper..., torn by hand or with scissors, thought out and treated, make up a large part of my works. I usually paint with acrylic or mixed media. I am very interested in my work being as ecological as possible. |
