Mexican artist dedicated to the production of paintings experimenting various techniques but dedicated to oil painting in most of my work. With an eclectic training my influences range from Renaissance Italian School to the abstract work of the twentieth century. I have studied in the workshops of the master Santiago Carbonell and teacher Ramses de la Cruz, besides having studied Western work of centuries XV to XXI mainly.
My work has undergone a process of maturation in which I have developed and discourse that speaks of the lack of empathy and sensitivity of today's society that lives immersed in the media and social networks where we feel free to be spectators for simple entertainment of the tragedy of the world without feeling more than a morbid curiosity and without contributing anything more than a grotesque "like". I am looking for the viewer to rediscover the subtle beauty of each moment and to find beauty within the simplest of everyday life, I am looking for people to realize that we are all part of the same game and that it is not enough just to observe. I currently have more than 15 years of career, my work has been awarded several times. It has been acquired in auctions, galleries and private collections in different countries such as Belgium, Spain, Holland and Mexico. |
