"My inspiration comes from Nature, through which I express emotions. I draw shapes rescued from memory, experimenting with linear elements that I superimpose and manipulate, to create organic formations full of lyricism." Beatriz has won several national and international awards and has been awarded a scholarship to carry out research / artistic production projects at the Royal Academy of Spain in Rome (2003-04) and at the Residence of Ibero-American Artists in Mexico (2008). He has made several solo exhibitions: 2019: Pulsations, Cristo del Buen Consejo Room, Becerril de la Sierra, Madrid 2015: 15 days with Beatriz Valiente, A Cuadros, Madrid 2010: Moments, DKS Gallery, Vitoria 2009: Between the Lines, Brita Prinz ARTE Showroom, Madrid 2008: Natural Inspiration, Kaleidoscope Sociocultural Center, Móstoles City Council 2007: Paintings and Engravings, Maes Gallery, Madrid 2006: Paintings and Engravings, Regional Museum of L'Urgell, Tárrega His work has been exhibited in numerous group exhibitions in cities such as London, Hudiksvall, Rome, Venice, Porto, Mexico City, Oaxaca, Tallin, Timisoara, Madrid, Barcelona and other cities in Spain.
