A native of Cádiz (1976), José de Pazos made his debut in the art scene with only 17 years with his first solo exhibition.
His studies in Art, specialized in photography, led him to work as a graphic reporter for the main national and international agencies.
He is currently fully dedicated to graphic design as CEO in a printing and graphic design company and to produce works of art that hang on walls around the world.
Fascinated by both Pop Art and the Street Art scene, he reflects it in his work by fitting his characters, advertising designs or pop icons with irony, focusing on the excesses and deviations of the consumer society through the use of known brands and The sense of humor to send your message.
Using texture overlays with stencil, collages and different mixed techniques with acrylics and sprays on different supports, makes his work very recognizable and with a marking style, where he shows his passion for textures and layers as a spectator, and incorporating that feeling to his work.
