| Biography: |
Abstract painter; creator of Divergent Expressionism: painting as emotional research, not as a commodity.
Born in Paris and residing in Castellbisbal (Barcelona), I am a self-taught abstract painter whose practice refuses to reduce painting to a mere commodity: I do not sell my work. My pictorial research is articulated under the label Divergent Expressionism, a unique language that arises from the interaction between matter, gesture, and sustained emotional tension. I work with color and form as vehicles to reveal internal states that cannot be described with words; they are suggested, intuited, and felt. Each piece is born from a primal impulse that oscillates between expansion and fracturing, configuring a visual territory where chaos and order coexist in equilibrium. In recent years, my career has experienced sustained growth: the Juan March Foundation has added my work to the Archive of Spanish Abstract Artists (AAAeE), and I have exhibited my work in solo shows in Sant Cugat, Valldoreix, Matadepera, and Castellbisbal. I have participated in art fairs such as ARTIST360 and Akelarre Art Fair in Madrid, and in group exhibitions in Madrid, Barcelona, and on international platforms (London, Brighton, Carrousel du Louvre). My practice is constantly evolving, guided by the need to create art that moves, questions, and endures. |
