María Vila writes stories and draws letters since she was little. I draw letters because it comes from inside me, I love it and I feel satisfied with the result. I am fascinated by the inks, the papers, the pens, to communicate…; On the other hand, knowing that what I do can move other people is great.
My calligraphic work is linked to poetry and literature in general, so I calligraph my own poems and also those of other writers. I write my story and certain parts of human history that interest me. |
