Its name comes from a song by Pink Floyd in which I listened to and inspired certain images and thoughts and associated this issue on the boats, which pateras is usually called any type of small boat used by immigrant groups to clandestinely access the coasts of southern Spain, from the coasts of Morocco and Mauritania, either through the Strait of Gibraltar or the Mediterranean Sea (to reach Andalusia or Murcia), they die in the attempt to arrive and due to the difficulties of travel , are usually between families and mothers with their children of small age or men and adolescents who travel looking for a better life and for that reason paint a mother and her son whom she cares with her angelic wings in the hard trip.
