My name is Sion Botey, I was born in 1965 in Argentona (Barcelona) Spain.
I am a self-taught painter in constant learning and evolution. I appreciate color and its contrasts, abstract painting, research, stillness, action, form without form and a free gaze. I try to convey the capacity for transcendence that the human being has through the symbology of color and shape. "You and I can look in the same direction and see different things, so I leave each look, the freedom to feel" Sion Text that opened my first exhibition and that defines my deepest feeling. |
