Tim Huurman is a retired marine damage commissioner, and a self-taught artist, born in the Netherlands, but since 2015 lives in Denia (Alicante) Spain, he started painting at 1978. Most of his paintings are in the homes of family and friends, but also individuals and companies in Ireland, the Netherlands, Greece, Germany, USA. UU and Spain. I had exhibitions at the yacht club in Motril 1996, town hall in Picassent 2003.
My paintings are original, unique and exclusive, unique, with a signed certificate of authenticity and with fingerprints on the back of the canvas. Due to my love for the sea and nature in general, many of my paintings are dedicated to the sea and water, with calm, lively and reflective waters, at different times of the day, pleasant landscapes, forests and serene fields, and also in abstract forms. My paintings give a happy feeling, with a strong expression of well-being and pleasing to the eye. The most important things in this art are the recreation of beautiful scenes in the field of impressionism, important for its tranquility, sometimes vibrant and soft brushstrokes, lately with an abstract style. |
