Work done on a 250gr watercolor sheet, 100x70cm, painted with liquid acrylic, ink, and posca marker. It is a graphic representation of what I saw and experienced on an LSD trip. I have experienced this work personally, the work is a room, in which there is no wall in front, there is the universe, where there is a polygon, a gas station, a road, and colors, all of this represents what I want, what I see, That is why there is an eye in the middle, because that eye wants all that, that freedom, happiness, tranquility, good and beautiful moments, that feeling when you feel good about everything, but on the other hand, inside that same room there is a door in the one where a monster comes out, I lived it in person, and when I saw that room and saw the monster's eyes looking at me, I felt fear, the dark room where there was nothing, only a dark and infinite void; that represents my fear, the past that still affects, nightmares, pain and suffering, that feeling of constant emptiness...
So in the work these two sides of the mind and life are shown, the positive part full of happiness and good things, and the part in which we feel afraid, we feel empty and it is all negative and dark, a well of pessimism. and pain.
