Alberto David Fernández Hurtado, Segovia 1975. Multidisciplinary artist, works in different fields such as painting, sculpture, performance and video art.
After a time dedicated to professional cycling, she began her projects as a multidisciplinary artist at the end of Enlightenment studies at the School of Arts and Design Superior "House of the Picos" of Segovia. After an autodidact training, in which he interpolates the superior studies of Product Design, enters the Faculty of Fine Arts of the Complutense University of Madrid. In 2007 he participates in the course of Landscape Painting, a scholarship from the Royal Academy of History and Art of San Quirce, and receives the "New Creators Award 2007" granted by Caja Segovia. His work has been recognized many times in recent years, being awarded in prestigious competitions, national and international, such as the Army of Earth, Axa, Sainte Maire de Touraine (France), El Pardo (Madrid) ... His work It is distributed in many public and private entities, as well as in different private collections. His style is clearly figurative, but with traces of abstract expressionism. In each of his projects he delves into the condition of the human being, fleeing conventions and fashions, exploring from five themes that are constant: Life and Death, Violence, Animals, modus vivendi and food. Part of objects and themes of the current culture and transforms them into symbols. Since 2016 he works for the television program "My house is yours", taking portraits of the guests. |
