I received art classes in various painting and craft techniques for more than 8 years until 2005.
In 2008 I opened for the first time a blog where I started to write my first stories and expose them without pretenses of much more, but it helped me to improve technique and enhance creativity. At 2010 I taught after-school manga drawing classes to secondary school children. At 2011 I created the poster for an event that raised funds for the tsunami and earthquake accident in Japan that year. In 2014 I was a finalist in a Sword and Witchcraft Storytelling contest organized by the Pulpture Publishing House. I also wrote reviews, interviews and stories from my own crop for Anima Barda magazine during 2014. In 2015 it was when I was encouraged for the first time with self-publishing in kindle with a novel: Lady Catherine (the only exclusively romantic genre I have written). Both the digital illustration of the cover and the creation and interior design of the novel were made by me. Today, it has been acquired by more than 600 Kindle users and in addition to this novel, there are currently several stories of my crop available with which I continue to learn year after year about the world of self-publishing. Currently I paint in oil, watercolor or acrylic especially by order; but almost all my works are in my local area. I have decided to take the leap and promote my art online with platforms like PATREON with the hope of taking a small step forward in the art world, giving value to what I do and creating a community where I can share my knowledge acquired so far about painting, writing and self-publishing. www.patreon.com/amarie456 And also offering original and exclusive pieces created by me in online art galleries like this one. |
