Biography: Painter, philosopher, economist and diplomat born in Cartagena, Colombia, at 1940. His art, cataloged as abstract, eminently subjective and surreal, has toured Germany, France, Spain, Switzerland, and Spain. In 1990 with the collection "Archetypes" exhibits at the Sammer Gallery 7 Academy in Madrid. This exhibition obtained an excellent criticism in the Spanish press.

In 1991 he exhibited in Palma de Mallorca, at the Joan Oliver Maneu Gallery (one of Miró's greatest collectors). In that same year he exhibited an acquired permanent exhibition of 11 pieces at the patent office Office Gruneker Kinkeldley, Stockmain & Partner, in Munich, Germany, located in Isar River with maximilianstraße. This firm invites you to exhibit at the Black Forest in Germany. In 1991, he also held the private exhibition “A travers les Frontiers”, organized by A. Beudín and D. Flood, with a lot of international resonance.

At 1992, invited by Colombian teachers Alejandro Obregón and Enrique Grau, he made his first exhibition in South America at the Museum of Modern Art in Cartagena de Indias, his hometown.

In 1993, he exhibits with great success in the Galería Círculo in Bogotá, registered in the Sunday readings of the most important newspaper in Colombia, EL TIEMPO, by the well-known Colombian art critic, María Cristina Pignalosa.

At 1999, he also holds two private exhibitions in Colombia, one in the Main Office of the Banco de Credito and another in the Credit Suisse Bank in Bogotá. In the 2004 he makes another private exhibition in his residence with 20 works.

In the 2005, the Cartagena artist exhibits in Bogotá the Andrés Bello Convention Cultural Center, with 38 abstract painting pieces.

Today he is based in Bogotá, Colombia, picking up the brush again capturing that style that makes it unique.
