The events of my life have been related to art. My life has had two stages. The world of fashion and drawing.
Picasso was for me the master of painting. It was my inspiration. The light of his works taught me to drive the brush and the texture of the colors. I was born in a city full of art and with its own light. Valencia was the city with the most charisma I had ever known. I was educated in the nuns of the College of the Purity of Mary. It was like a dream discovering oils on canvas. I became fond of painting impressionist seascapes. At age 14, I studied at the Jaime I school in Valencia and obtained my first drawing diploma. At 18 I started working in fashion stores. I painted on weekends at the house of a woman, a friend of my mother who taught me how to handle the world of the arts. My artistic path began in San Sebastián (Basque Country) at the School of Fine Arts. A painting took a month or several months to take shape. My technique was based on colors. The mix was very important, giving light and shade required skill. He visited museums to learn about it. Pictures full of life, having your own ideas, advancing in knowing and growing. It is very important to work in natural light to get a good job. |
