Daniel Sarmiento, born in 1970, lives and works in Catamarca, Argentina.
Formed at the National University of Tucumán; disciple of Exequiel Linares. He is a teacher at ISAC, in Teacher Education in Arts. He has made a fortnight and a few more individual exhibitions, divided between Tucumán, Neuquén and Catamarca. Passing something similar to the collective ones, only going further, to Florida, USA. He has obtained scholarships along the way, working and studying with teachers such as Yuyo Noé, E. Linares, or with Dr. Mario Rojas, The University of America, W. DC. Mentions received among others in the competitions of the CFI, and other Salons. In 2011, he obtains the 2 ° award in Salón Fund. Cultural, Santiago del Estero, Argentina. In La Rioja has also been awarded his work in the Regional hall of said province. Participate in other salons, Tucumán, Salta, Entre Ríos; He also obtained some recognition. He has made covers of magazines and scenographies, for the National Party of Poncho, Catamarca, Argentina. |
