Artist Works | Biography: | Eliú Prieto was born in Barquisimeto, Lara, a city in the center of Venezuela, the 29 of December of 1970. His father, Antonio Ramón Prieto García, Officer and military pilot and his mother Josefina Quero de Prieto, teacher of basic education. Both parents instilled in Eliú's childhood the need to communicate at all times with the truth and with dedication in everything he did. After finishing high school, he began university studies at the same time as presenting at the military school to follow in his father's footsteps. In the same way he drew in an occasional way but without stopping doing so, his primary theme being the military one. He joined the military aviation school in the 1992 year and already graduated and Officer of the Military Aviation of Venezuela, continues drawing, and various topics with his very peculiar touch that makes his works very characteristic. |
