Artist born in Bilbao in 1974. From a very young age he felt a strong inclination for drawing and painting.
He studied at the UNZALU Bilbao academy, 1986-1993, learning techniques related to painting. He obtained a diploma in Picture Painting restoration at the "Scuola Arti Ornamentali" San Giacomo Roma, 2005-2009. He specialized in the theory of restoration (brandy), identification of pictorial techniques and material with the help of diagnosis. Analysis of the work of art, assessing the intervention to recover and preserve the work. Restoration intervention with consolidation: cleaning, putty, pictorial reintegration and coating of the fabric. Photographic documentation and writing of the technique. Study of European laws on cultural property. Theoretical and practical lessons in the history of art, and artistic techniques with visual components: painting, murals with mobile supports (wood and fabric). Theoretical-practical chemistry lessons: solvents and consolidation adhesive solutions and paints. A great portraitist who delves into the person who is painting, his inner world, and not only the faithful reflection of the image. |
