Gustavs Filipsons was born in 30 January 1974 in Riga, Latvia
Educations 1994- attended preparing courses for attending the Latvian Academy of Art. 1998- passed the entering exams and in 2002 got Bachelor's degree in arts, painting department. 1997-2002: Received bachelor's degree in art, painting department 2002-2004: graduated Latvian Academy of Art with Masters degree in painting department.
