Granada 1964. Born in the neighborhood of the Albaicín, his father painter and art scholar awakens from an early age his interest in drawing and painting. He studied at the School of Arts and Crafts of Granada (artistic drawing and modeling). Soon he began to work in the most disparate places, until he mounted a small silkscreen where he worked as a graphic designer. During this period he is also dedicated to artistic signage.
He collaborates as an illustrator in different publications (Structure of the Tourist Market of Editorial Paraninfo, On the wild plants of Castaras and other publications of RaRo Editions) In 2016 he exhibited his collection "DELIRIOS" a compilation of humorous illustrations as well as a sample of nature paintings. Bimaambi Granada Art Workshop Currently combining his two passions, art and nature especially the birds focuses most of his work, without leaving aside the humorous illustration that throughout his career has always been present. |
