My name is Maria Angeles Vázquez Carrasco and I am a Doctor of Medicine from the Complutense University of Madrid
I have always combined my profession with my interest in art and painting in particular. For more than 20 years I have been living in Vienna (Austria) where I have belonged to the Ring Galerie and the Association of Painters, making numerous solo and group exhibitions From my return to Spain, although I concentrate more intensely on my work as a doctor, I have not stopped painting, and in this new stage of my life I can do it with greater assiduity. I started using the spatula as a means of expression and the reason for my paintings was based mainly on houses, better in town and especially on roofs full of chimneys. Over time I have evolved towards landscape compositions, painting with a brush and sometimes with a more realistic trend |
