"CANDLES in GRAY", belongs to the second series of "CANDLES", with the characteristics already mentioned above, a lot of texture. And a very interesting game and movement of color.
Painting, like any branch of Art, implies a series of values
that invite us to open our minds to appreciate and understand; and
many times capturing the concepts that it dictates or proposes is not
easy task…
… ”CANDLES”… as a painter I tried to synthesize this theme of
"BOATS" ... which I have painted for more than a decade and in
different stages have been changing, always mixing Abstract,
Cubism, Expressionism, Etc ..., but what characterizes them apart
of the drawing or form, is the strong color palette.
