"On Light Background - 2" ("Na Svitlomy Tli - 2"), 2017, 82x82cm, acrylic on wood panel with relief in special handmade wooden subframe, carefully integrated with the artwork. Architectonics, as part of this work, is an important component of artist's conception - synthesis of art and architecture in continuosly structures development. Main inspiration, in this case, was the southern architecture, which is basically light, where intense sun shows its peculiar properties. The artwork is mandala-like, simplified the universal meanings of ancient symbols.
